Inserting a PDF or Word document

A PDF or Word document can be easily added to a course using the course editor. 

 

A PDF can be uploaded and embedded right into the course.

 

 

 

Word documents can be uploaded, and a downloadable link will automatically be created for your students on the page.

 

 

 

 

1.     To add a document, click on the ‘Insert a PDF or Word document’ button from the toolbar. Your file browser will open.

 

 

 

2.     Select the file you want to add from your browser window and click ‘Open’.

 

 

 

3.     Your file will be uploaded and added right into the course. Remember that PDF files will be embedded directly into the course while Word documents will be downloadable via a link.
